I said Bye-bye and showered my baby with lots of kisses this morning as I left for work. I won't see him again until Sunday night and he probably won't see me until Monday morning because he'll be sound asleep when I pick him up from Grandma's. I have been looking forward to this first weekend away with just Shawn & me for so long but now that it's finally here, I'm ready to cancel all the plans and stay home with Tyler. Wouldn't you know it, he seems to be coming down with something. He threw up right before bed last night and while he doesn't seem to run a fever in the daytime, he has had a mild fever the past two nights. I know he will be ok it's just harder than I thought it would be.

Now, I don't know what you got from all that but I'm pretty darn sure he said he would be a good boy for Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Kristin, that he would miss his Mommy and Daddy a lot and would look at our pictures to remember us, and that he hopes we win a big jackpot in Vegas!
